My therapeutic orientation consists of Active Listening, support, compassion, encouragement, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Family Systems Therapy (FST), Reality Therapy (RT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamics and Anger Management.
